Man faces charge of indecent exposure

A man accused of exposing himself to two women in a car at Dover docks has appeared in court.

Aziz Miah, 35, appeared before Canterbury magistrates today where he denied a charge of indecent exposure.


The court heard he was arrested June 28, 2008 for exposing his genitals to the two women at Dover Eastern Docks. The victims were in a vehicle when Mr Aziz and another man approached.

The prosecutor told the court: “The two males put their penis’ up against the windows of the car.”

Unemployed Mr Miah was released on police bail after the incident however he failed to meet the conditions.

The court agreed to a trial but Mr Miah chose to take the matter to Crown Court.

He is has being released on conditional bail until his court date in May.
