Students await the Summer Ball line-up

Tickets are now on sale for this year's much awaited summer ball. Students from Canterbury Christ Church University are now able to purchase their tickets online for the yearly event.

An official announcement of the line-up is set to take place at its launch on March 18. As well as being the first to find out the acts appearing, attendees will also have the chance to win a pair of VIP tickets.

Up to 1,800 students are set to attend the ball and enjoy a variety of top acts. Last year saw performances from the likes of Feeder, MiniViva and Example.

Students at the university are already anticipating which acts will appear. FRTV student, Dan Errey, said: “I’m hoping we get someone like Dizzee Rascal this year, I want us to be better than Kent for once.”

Tickets can be purchased online from the Christchurch Union shop.
